Then on 11-11-2014, an unknown person
shows up at D.'s door, thinking a 12" x 22"
HVAC filter needs replacing.
However, 1.  It's a 12 x 24 size.
2.  The same semi-permanent sign was on his
door, as it has been since 2009.  Explains
he changes the filter, and task has been
completed.

How's that again ?
http://twintowerscondominiumsomaha.blogspot.com  has
all the info.

There are   many   court cases covering freedoms of speech and press.  Most  of them protect those cited freedoms.
Citizens of the U.S. are bound by those rulings, unless otherwise explained by the rulings.  It can be a delicate balancing act.

Interesting Statistics in our nation today:

     1.  72% of employees no longer happy with their jobs
(Forbes, NY Times, et al ).

     2.  77% of Americans believe there is something seriously
wrong in our nation  (Gallup Poll).

     3.  Crime rate hangs at 450 - 510% higher, last 3 decades,
than it was in 1955  (initially per letter D. requested
from Omaha Police Chief in March 1982, and then supported by
general news media ever since).
The crime rates pertain to Omaha, other large cities, and the nation in general.

     4.  Divorce rate is 66%.

     5.   Bank C.D. rates continue hovering at only 1%.  Strongly hints at either terribly severe corruption in the U.S., or that our nation may almost be kaput economically.

     6.  The U.S. is the only industrialized nation still not mandating paid maternity leave for women employees.

     7.  Very Sad Topic:  CNN cable TV carried interesting news topic earlier this year.  The U.S. dropped from #14, to #16, for overall quality of life.

We were #1 for many decades, to at least year 1980.

The independent organization's booklet has been downloaded by us.  Said agency does not have to patronize any persons or entities, which is the most important aspect.

Because D.'s crime stats request to the police Chief was pleasantly surprising, they replied right away, even though D. emphasized that they only work on it when time permitted.

     D. was estimating a climb of  250%  in Omaha's crime rate between 1955 to 1980.  The  495%  figure in the Chief's reply just astounded Our Relative, and all others who've read the letter.

Original letter is in his bank safety deposit box, and many copies elsewhere.  We'd like to post it if time ever permits.
